About Bauman’s Cider
Bauman’s Cider is a craft cidery rooted in five generations of farming in Gervais, Oregon. Established in 2016 on the Bauman family farm, the cidery blends traditional methods with modern innovation, using estate-grown apples and Pacific Northwest fruits like loganberries and peaches.
In less than a decade, Bauman’s Cider has earned national recognition, winning over 160 medals and being named Mid-sized Cidery of the Year for four consecutive years at competitions like GLINTCAP and the Portland International Cider Cup. Their award-winning ciders range from classic dry styles to creative fruit blends, including the Endless Harvest Cider, a 2024 Northwest Cider Cup gold medalist.
With a commitment to quality and craftsmanship, Bauman’s Cider continues to push the boundaries of American cidermaking while staying true to its deep agricultural roots.
